Such a great family oriented campground!! We have a 40 foot 5th wheel, so most places we stay are geared toward big rigs that don’t have a lot of green space between sites. Countryside has plenty of room for us, our kids and our pups! Owners are super friendly and helpful! Awesome playground! As is the case with most firewood now, you must buy it from them, but you actually get your moneys worth here! They bring it to you in the bucket of a backhoe and it lasts for days. They even have nature trails you can hike in! This will be on our list of favorite places!

This was our first stay at Countryside and we had an enjoyable trip! Upon arrival, we were greeted by the new owners Al and Sabine. They were welcoming and very friendly. We were given the lowdown on campground details and then promptly escorted to our site. The campgrounds have large sites with mature trees and grass with both full hook-up and regular sites. Most of the sites were booked, but it was still very quiet and peaceful. The pool was fabulous. The large playground was full of fun things for kids to play on. The bathhouse is very clean. Our dog enjoyed the fenced-in dog park and the nature walks. Overall, a wonderful weekend. We look forward to returning!

My husband and I camped here and were very pleased with our stay. The owners are very accommodating and nice. The campground was well maintained, and the walking trails were fairly grassy and flat. The ones we walked were fairly short, which was what we wanted. Not so long that you could get lost in the forest. Just a nice place to visit, small, but quiet and peaceful. Of course, we camped here during the week, and I can't say how it is on weekends, but I doubt the owners would allow any kind of misbehavior. I didn't have a chance to take a dip in the pool, but it too was clean and it was heated.

We had a great stay! The site was nice and decent size. Staff was great, they showed us right to our spot, and the gentleman on the golf cart kept an eye out. I liked that they enforce the speed limit and try to keep the kids safe. The whole campground is clean and enjoyable. The thing I didn't love would be bathroom doors. The doors to the bathroom stalls could have started lower, providing a less exposed feeling. I don't think I've been to a cleaner, more well kept camp ground.

Great place to camp. Pool, playground, laundry, dog walk, and close to town. Sites are clean and level. Staff was great with escorting us to our site and helping us back in. Very friendly owners. Our new go to place every year!

Great campground, one of our favorites! New owners are fantastic. It's the same great service as it's always been! Wonderful nature trails, heated pool, nice playground. Safe, clean, family oriented campground. Book your stay asap as it fills up quickly!!
